"The TV didn’t work and had to ask for assistance twice. Fixed the second time. Our A/C didn’t work consistently. Asked 3 times for it to be looked at but didn’t get working. Set at 60 just to get it cooled but never got below 74. At the desk they verified it had 12 errors and the temp was set at 60 but running to that temp. On Friday evening the desk clerk was helpful and friendly but the next evening, a different clerk, was so sick she couldn’t stay at the desk for longer than a few minutes. Find a different place to stay if you want to be cool and helped. "

"Stayed there 4 days. Asked for extra towels for room mid-stay and never got them. Soda machine gave wrong drink from button pushed and I was expected to get money back from machine company ! Pool water was not all that clean / clear."

"Room very clean, only thing I didn’t like was no fridge or microwave, also my room smelled like smoke from like an old fire. Maybe they could work on the smell. Other than that it was great"

"Our first room, the TV didn’t work, we waited for an hour for the repair man to tell us that. Second room, the AC didn’t work. After 30 minutes he showed up, got it working. However when the condenser came on it was so loud that it woke us up all night long. We got free continental breakfast vouchers. I tried to make toast. Toaster machine was not turned on. Attendant was not pleasant at all. The lady who checked us in was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was downhill from there. "

"it’s cheap but the room spelled terrible, there were head sweat marks on the headboard, the curtain rod was falling off, and mold spots all over the ceiling in shower. Been in many quality inns and this has been the worst "
