"We had a reservation at a pet friendly hotel. After driving 6 hours with 5 more hours in front of us they stated they would not let us have our cats that are litter trained, groomed, and our fur babies in room. We slept in our car all night at back of hotel parking lot near their dumpster with our babies. My husband asked if we could have room and leave for babies in car overnight. They said we would try to sneak them in room and would not get a room for the night. They should clarify what...

Very clean. Good experience. Room doesnt have the amenities of a large chain hotel, you should be aware of that going in (no microwave, fridge or coffee maker in the room).

The minute we approached this place, we liked it. We were met at the door by the host. She introduced herself and the place for us. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. She made us feel like we were visiting relatives than staying at a bed and breakfast. If you forgot anything or just looking for someplace to eat, there's a publix strip mall with a domino's pizza and Chinese food with a 2 minute drive or walk of 10 minutes. I do not understand why the hotel insisted on a credit card to charge $20, after I paid the full cost through Expedia. I got some gobblygook explanation from the desk clerk. She said after I checked out the $20 would go away. Well, guess what, the $20 charge sits on my account statement six (6) days after I checked out. Come on I want my $20 back. Upon checking in I found my room was open and the toilet paper holder was gone.
