"Great stay! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I checked in late around 1am and the man at the front desk (didn't catch his name) was very kind and made me feel very welcome! Next time I am on the road for work in the Jackson area I will be staying here again! "

"Noisy the day we were there (boys' softball team) until later at night and at around 2:30 a.m. Check-in took a LONG time (20+ minutes) due to the person in front of me."

"This hotel is located close enough to Ann Arbor and the University to have access as needed. The hotel was a little older in some areas but clearly renovated in others. Front desk was kind enough to move us from an older room to one of the newer ones when the AC wasn't as strong as we wanted. We were grateful for the adjustment and care."

"Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. "

"Clean. Bed was comfortable. Good sheets. Bathroom was amazing! Ask for one with the electric bidet. Musical mirror. 4 shower heads! Room service. Journey from hotel to restaurant can be a bit of a maze but well worth it. Tavern bartender was excellent with mixology. Restaurant and food was fabulous! "
