"The property is fairly new so it’s very clean and everything works. The hotel was sold out so the staff was very busy and apparently they don’t have enough towels when they are sold out. Our room was cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay and there weren’t any towels when we returned that evening. We called down and they said we were on the list. (The list doesn’t help you dry off when you get out of the shower) We grabbed 2 towels from the really small pool and took a shower. When we returned that night after dinner, still no towels??? I went the next morning to the front desk and they only had one clean towel, which I took. On my way back to the room the maids cart was in the aisle and of course there were towels on it. I grabbed another one. We’d probably stay here again when in the area but they sure need to stock up on some towels. "

"If cleanliness is your thing, go elsewhere. My feet felt like they were sticking to carpet and all floors. Hallways smelled of drugs and room stunk of cigarettes. Stairwells were dirty. If your into super 8 type places, this is perfect but triple the price. "

"Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering Marriott standard and price."

"The room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets smelled strange. As soon as I entered, there was a puddle of water coming from the mini fridge! There was an ice machine near my room, and I heard it running all night long. The floors were dirty. I put a white towel on the floor, but it turned black from the bottom. The room rug was also quite dirty. "

"I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful."
