「The best stay in any hotel for a long time. Taj Nadesa Palace made us feel at home right from the first step we took into this hotel. The staff made every effort to look after us and our needs. We wish to return one day. Staying in Varanasi is at times challenging, so one needs an oasis like the Taj Nadesa to feel comfortable.」

My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people. 「The lobby staff are very nice and friendly. My train from Varanasi to Kolkata was delayed to midnight, but I have no play to stay as the railway station was not very safe in night. The staff let me to wait at the lobby until 11pm, and arrange a rickshaw for me to railway station. I am very appreciate the nice attitude of the staff. I will stay again if I visit Varanasi! 」
