We stayed there for one night - checkin took a bit of time and some of the requests ignored but rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff from the bellboy to the staff in the restaurant were efficient, courteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel, well located, amazing staff, very happy with the breakfast and chef who would go to Amy length to accommodate our taste, staff are amazing. Very nice room , only drawback is the horrible drain smell in the bathroom

Room was excellent. When I asked them for a room with 2 beds they obliged and provided the room that I asked. The room is in excellent condition and everything was working. Service also is very good. I just tried their buffet breakfast and it had so many items to choose. Overall i recommend this hotel to stay in Varanasi

Unfortunately this Radisson property has seen better days. It is in need of a major revamp. The swimming pool was closed. Nothing about this was on the booking site. We badly wanted to swim after hectic day, but could not.
