"I had a lovely time at this hotel. At first, I was skeptical in booking because as an Amercian, I the name of the hotel wasn't familiar. But this hotel was exceptional. I had book Hyatt in a different location which I regretted. If I had knew about this Taj chain, I would have booked in all the cities I visited. Excellent room. Thye upgraded my room, and they breakfast menu was above a beyond. Even, they room service food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. "

However, the bed sheets in one of our room had tea stains and was dirty and the bedsheet was not changed, we observed the same bed sheet was covered with another sheet next day, it kinda lacked quality of a 5 star hotel like Taj, except that food, transportation service from hotel and reception staff was great."
