「Good hotel in the city with easy access to the city centre. The house is comfortable and clean, good for business visitors. BUT, hotel staff need to be well trained, at the check-in and check-out it seems to take the reception guy ages to do the simple work. Specially when do the check-out he totally forget to do my check-out while I stand at the counter for almost 1 hour. IT IS the SAME guy!」

「I had a very large, very nicely furnished room. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Although I just have coffee and toast for breakfast, they provided a variety of hot dishes, cereal and fruits. There was plenty of hot water at all times. They provided a kettle and coffee/tea and bottled water daily which were most welcome. As mentioned previously, there is no top sheet on the bed but they were quick to provide same when I requested one. They arranged reasonably priced airport pickups and...
