「Everything was good」

「Neha in front desk was helpful, gave me early check in as a female solo traveler I was able to rest. Internet was spotty and had to call couple of times to check why its not working Walkable distance to airport」

「The hotel was clean and staff were polite. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was tasty. It’s worth staying in this hotel. The restaurant manager Mr. Ramanuj Mishra ji was very polite and helpful. He has maintained the restaurant service very well. We were very much happy to stay in this excellent property and will recommend others too.」

「The manager was rude and nasty, telling us we would not find a better hotel in town when we complained at checkin. The room he showed us had a bar lock on the outside of the room. The bed had not been changed since last slept in. There was dirty in the bed sheets, and hole in sheet. The curtains had mud hand prints all over them. We did not stay after this encounter. We requested a refund from Expedia. We had to find a new hotel on our our in this remote village. We felt stranded by Expedia. 」
