Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The manager was rude and nasty, telling us we would not find a better hotel in town when we complained at checkin. The room he showed us had a bar lock on the outside of the room. The bed had not been changed since last slept in. There was dirty in the bed sheets, and hole in sheet. The curtains had mud hand prints all over them. We did not stay after this encounter. We requested a refund from Expedia. We had to find a new hotel on our our in this remote village. We felt stranded by Expedia.
