「 Last week we were there it was a great deal for the price since although they claimed they had a tour coming in it was pretty empty I can't complain but I definitely paid extra $500 rupees for the heater as the only other disappointment is there's not a separate shower area in the bathroom but it's a good short walk right on Mall Road 」

「Dirty washrooms , stinky rug, at midnight water stop coming I called 20 times at front desk no one was answering the phone. Till morning 7 am there was not water in the hotel. I asked morning then they said ok we will fix it but one hour after I talked at front desk water came. And only cold water. Mismanagement and disorganized. Please I advised don’t go there even free. Old and smelly towels. I could not sleep whole night. 」

「WiFi was unstable to the point of unusable. I paid for a window view but the window was dirty. Breakfast service and hotel service was good.View from the roof was great!」

「Room was not sound proof. You can easily hear the sound of other room which was very annoying」
