I highly recommend Fortune Hotel. Our stay felt like home, thanks to the amazing rooms. The staff, including the restaurant team, were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and courteous. The food was also excellent.

We went to Haridwar for Arthi Visargan and stayed the night here after Ganga Aarti. The hotel is 20 minutes drive and is very clean and staff was great. At the reception the service of Sumit Sharma the Front office Manager was exceptional. The room service was good. Rooms are big and good and clean, washroom was big and clean. Next day we had breakfast buffet which was good but ended very early. The breakfast service experience was enhanced by Sachin waiter.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent food and great service. We went on a family holiday and went to Haridwar and Chandi Devi Temple. I would definitively recommend the hotel.
