「The stay was nice but, what's nicer was the staff. All the staff on front desk was very helpful. My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people. Another incident was that we dropped the key of our room on one of the ghats. When we arrived hotel, we found that we have lost the key. We explained this to them and told them, we'll pay for the cost however, they provided us the...
