Great food we were very tired each day so ate in house. Dining room staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. 「Excellent customer service from Staff and very well maintained rooms. Monu and Vivek at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary and securing a ride. The other staff at this hotel were also super polite and ready to help whenever they saw us. Nice people and nice place. The location is also convenient with the hotel being on the main road, it was easy to get cabs, autos and rickshaws to get around. 」

My friend's nose pin got accidently stuck in wash basin and they guys called the plumber and made sure that she gets that back. How rarely you find such nice people. 「The lobby staff are very nice and friendly. My train from Varanasi to Kolkata was delayed to midnight, but I have no play to stay as the railway station was not very safe in night.
