「1. Sea view room is good but there is an improved at the rest room which the floor is not flat and cause the water on the ground of rest room with an unsensing smell. 2. Make a shielding on the ground of the rest room door which could prevent the waste water flow-in the living room.」

「Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy a stay at the hotel. After good communications with us prior arrival with regards to the transfer we had booked, that communication stopped on the arrival day. Without a heads up or any apology, we were dropped off at a different hotel by the transfer provider. Telling them that this is the wrong property, we were told by the driver that he was advised by Mariner Fener to drop us off at this hotel. The staff at the hotel Treekos (a sister hotel) explained that...

「This is the kindest and warmest host I have ever encountered! the room is comfortable and the host is very kind to provide different kinds of service like luggage storage or answering any enquirers! The shuttle bus to the airport is a fair price and private and on time! very recommend!!」

「Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for my parents, and the booking inclusions clearly stated that lunch was included from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when they asked for it, the hotel refused to provide the included lunch. If an amenity is advertised as part of the booking, it should be honored. This was misleading and very disappointing. I hope the hotel corrects this and ensures future guests receive the services they paid for!」
