"The staff were very kind and it’s well worth eating at the restaurant, the food was truly delicious. Particularly enjoyed the saffron risotto. The breakfast was ample each day as well. The pool was beautiful and it’s easy to walk around the town and have a variety of places to go for dinner and watch the sunset in the valley. There’s also a spa with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room for guests in the afternoon. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, but it was still enjoyable. One thing to be aware of and this is no reflection on the hotel, is the horseflies and mosquitoes in August."

"Great location close to lots of exploration and 3 min drive from super market and the cutest little village for restrairants and a gorgeous pizza at Picu. We stayed in a two bed family apartment and was lovely eating breakfast on the lawn overlooking nature and the pool. Note that the other family apartment overlooks the cars so maybe request the nicest one. We got lots for our money BUT the pool area does need some investing in with paint falling off and looking generally a bit scruffy. But it was clean and lots of space!"

"First of all, the property is in a beautiful location with amazing views and a very peaceful, quiet atmosphere. It has so much potential! The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view—it really feels like a dream pool. Castellina, the charming old town nearby, was also one of our favorite places, and we had some of the best food of our entire trip there. Our only complaint is that the property needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. Our accommodation was very spacious, but unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of dust, the table was sticky, and everything felt a little outdated. The furniture around the swimming pool was also ripped and dirty. Having a washing machine was extremely helpful, and we were very thankful for it, but the machine itself could definitely use regular cleaning. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and have wonderful memories from our time there. The location and views are truly special. I just wish a little more attention was given to cleanliness and maintenance, because this property has so much potential."

"We had an excellent 1 night stay. The hotel is located in beautiful setting among the Tuscany hills with an easy 40 minutes drive south of Florence. IThe property sits an olive orchard directly below to a picture perfect Chianti vineyard. The views of the Tuscan hills at sunset and sunrise were spectacular. The registration process was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. He walked us to our room to make sure we were happy with our accomodations. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the view of the Tuscan hills through the olive trees was pretty. After a bit of exploring in the August heat, we settled into the hotel bar for a cold beer and light snacks. The nice young lady who served us, Sophia, was so friendly and eager to chat with us about our travel experiences. We had dinner at sunset on the hotel terrace. The food, wine, and service were all excellent, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast on the terrace was also excellent with plenty of fresh, interesting, and tasty choices. It was a memorable 5 star hotel in every way."

"We arrived early and expected to wait until check in at 4pm however we were met by a delightful young man at recent that came to our car to collect our luggage and then proceed to take us to our accommodation. The accommodation was spotless and roomy we had lots of wardrobe space and room to move around. The pool was well set out into the grounds and there was plenty of sun loungers, bathing towels were provided. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of selection. The staff were always friendly and happy to bring food to your lounger. We participated in the sound bath and yoga sessions and took a massage and body peel treatment of which both were amazing and had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. We will definitely be back if I had to comment on anything negative it would only be that the toilet flush was a little awkward at times however this did not impact our stay it was amazing all round.
