They are transforming an old winery into what will eventually be a 5- or 6-star resort, complete with a spa and other amenities. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning on the terrace and we used the pool and spa every day. Very relaxing and walking distance to everything in Castellina. Their pasta restaurant located across the street is also very good."
