"We had a great trip. We did have a problem with the first room. The TV wasn't working properly, kept pixelating. They did their best to fix it but was unable. Although this became rather frustrating having people in and out of your room they moved us to another room. They even compensated us a late check out. The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The check in staff was wonderful and helpful once there was a problem. It was very cold during our stay but still enjoed a walk by the
