"Decent location, but the details need work. I was in no way expecting fancy, and I was not disappointed. Pricey for what you get, though it served its purpose for a last-minute booking over a holiday week. The pool, easy walk to Playa Norte, and a responsive manager are genuine highlights — and the beds are comfortable, assuming you bring your own pillow (the ones provided are essentially decorative rocks). The bathroom is a design failure: an absurdly tall counter and faucet that turns a simple face wash into a full soaking event. The doorknob fell out of the door. No bedside lamp either, though to their credit, one was brought when asked. Clean room, streaming services included, but whoever approved the hot pink sheets should reconsider, as it makes you question their cleanliness."

"We stayed here for 8 nights. The property is outdated and you get poor WiFi connection. The rooms are small and some of the outlets don't work. The TV worked just fine for local channels only. The cleaning staff missed cleaning our room one day and the staff is pretty stingy with their towels. I would say that is all of the complaints we had. Now for the good stuff. You are so close to the beach. Just steps away and you have the perfect place to watch the sunset ever evening. We loved the location. We have stayed at other places, but this thus far is the best for the view."

"Wonder staff, amenities and location. Short walk to the beach, close to SOooo many delicious food and drink choices. The rooftop pool was a perfect way to cool down while enjoying gorgeous views."

"Clean room, furniture in good condition, and fresh clean modern shower. Mattress is firm, I slept great. We booked for the beach and free day club beds on playa norte was ideal! We would stay here again. The staff was very helpful and we booked our golf cart through the front desk for easy pick up and return. Easy walking distance to all the gourmet Resturants on hildago and breakfast spots! They dont have the bfast buffet with open bar breakfast like Aluxes."
