「Parking and exiting did not always go as planned. Elevator was out of order. Hard to traverse stairs with luggage. Staff were great!」

「I thoroughly appreciated the art that was displayed within the hotel - very different from many other hotels. Also, the staff were very helpful. 」

「It's OK to stay. Breakfast is good enough. But the back door is not well secured」

「So many amenities and activities right on the property. Easy to walk to Canal Park (about a 10 min walk). Easy parking and easy to get in and out of if you want to drive other places to explore. 」

「Great amenities! Clean, new and cozy. Good view, too. Just one question has not been answered yet. I paid $320 to Expedia for the reservation. But on the document the hotel gave me, it was written that I paid $220, which is the correct price. I wonder where my $100 was gone. 」

「The room and house were wonderful. I do recommend small cork disks under the tubs clawfeet and the bedposts to protect the floor and less sound when the tub expands. There is left handle on the Southwest window that should have new screws applied as well. Overall the room/stay was fantastic! Though we did wonder if we could have bought bath bombs or bubblebath there because we had forgotten to buy some at Walgreens.」
