The front desk staff, the waitress at the restaurant (Maribel), the older gentleman who looked like a manager named John, and JC Hernandez were so welcoming I felt like I was eating at grandmas kitchen. The place is beautiful, the service brough back the joy of travel again. Hotel experience has gone down so much over time, this place brings it back. I cant wait to go back. The 1/2 burger is amazing, and so is the Loco Moco"

"The parking fee is a bit rough especially when your staying at the hotel. The cost of everything is so inflated and it makes no sense even when you're an honors member but don't get any benefits because you booked thru a third party for a business event? "

"This was an excellent hotel but very ultra modern. Since i like traditional decor and furniture there were some things that i did not like. I prefer a chest of drawers in a hotel room not the bench with 2 little drawers which were insufficient. There was no desk just and oval table which did not suffice for our laptops. I would also prefer a microwave to a safe since warehouse 72 only had overpriced fru fru fussy food. Also the pool access was through the parking lot which was a bad design."
