"The gentleman at check-in was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was especially pleased with how secure the building was - there were cameras covering the entire parking lot and entrance/exit doors required keycard access. I didn't use any of the public facilities (gym etc) but they too were clean and secure. They required a $50 non-refundable deposit for pets but that wasn't surprising - the low room rate kept the price reasonable....

"The hotel was old and a in need of remodeling. The staff was nice when I checked in Beth told me that she had written the reviews for the property. This immediately was cause for panic since I didn't know what kind of state I was stepping into. Overall, the room was clean and the housekeeping was nice. But I didn't wanna spend a lot of time in the hotel room. Additionally, you can hear right through the walls, especially when you were walking down the hallway. I didn't try the breakfast that was included in the stay because I spent most of my time attending a golf tournament, where I was volunteering and eating out since I was visiting from out of state. There's nothing worse than not knowing what you just walked into when you've traveled across the country and your host lets you in on a little secret like that. Unfortunately there was nothing to be done. I had to ride it out."

"The location is great and the rooms were fine for the most part. We were in town for a concert and booked 2 rooms for our group of 6. When we checked in at 4pm, only 1 room was ready and the other one wasn't ready until almost 6pm! Luckily we had the other room to get ready in or we'd have been late and very upset. Also, neither bathroom door would lock properly and the doors are opaque and don't block out any sound. If you're not super comfortable with everyone in your party, just be aware! Finally, the worst part was that after a late night, the room's alarm clock started blaring at 6am and kept going off at odd intervals. When we met up with our other party, they said their alarm also went off at 6am! We were talking about it in the lobby for breakfast later and 2 more rooms of people overheard and said the same happened to them. No way was that just a coincidence. That coupled with the fact they couldn't get rooms ready for checking time makes me wonder if they're trying to get people up and out the door. Definitely fishy, and extremely rude."

"I thought the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are updated but the ceiling was pealing old paint the toilet ran the entire night and my other room I rented as well the toilet you would have to giggle every flush. No one was on staff for the weekend. I get it people need breaks but toilets should not run the entire night. Way to much noise. PS ice machines broke and sign said go to third floor and then that was broke as well. Need to keep appliances working.... Would I stay there again, yes due to the bed was comfortable , staff was always nice, breakfast was good and clean, so just need to fix basics in room and all would be a 5 star xoxo"
