Staff was okay- not overly friendly or helpful. Everything else was nice. Room clean. Breakfast was nice as well.

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean. It could use a little refresher but I would still stay there again. It is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa
Very nice property second time staying here. Spacious clean rooms. Had only a few faults that were minor drip from ceiling in shower due to some plumbing issue and the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that beautiful place.
