「Excellent staff and vey clean. Zero usb or usb-c plugs available in the room. Otherwise a perfect experience.」

「Je ne comprends pas les commentaires ultra négatifs… l’hôtel est bien placé, le lobby est cosy et on peut même y prendre un café. Il y a aussi une petite cour intérieure avec tables et chaises. La chambre est simple mais efficace. Ça a été un set up parfait pour aller au stade」

「早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。」

「Établissement très bien situé, pas trop éloigné du centre historique de Bâle (1/2 heure à pieds). Le tramway passe à quelques dizaines de mètres et permet de rejoindre le centre rapidement. Le ticket était inclus dans notre réservation. L'environnement de l'hôtel (dans un nœud routier et ferroviaire) est compensé par une isolation phonique très efficace. Il est mossible de louer une place de parking pour 20 CHF la nuit.」

「Ich war beruflich unterwegs und habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das moderne, stilvolle Ambiente hat mich sofort begeistert. Ästhetisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Alles war makellos sauber, durchdacht gestaltet und strahlte eine besondere Ruhe aus. 「Meget venlig og hjælpsom velkomst ved check-in. Fint og rent hotel. Det lå lidt uden for bymidten men meget nemt at tage toget ind til centrum, og perfekt placering når man som os kun var på gennemrejse og skulle videre næste dag og samtidigt nemt kunne nå at se lidt af Basel.」

「Super schönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Besonders haben mir die maritimen Details, die überall verteilt sind, gefallen. Sehr geräumiges und schon eingerichtetes Zimmer. Beim Frühstück wurde man bedient und es wurde sogar Rührei frisch zubereitet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für Menschen die es ruhig mögen: Es gibt Zimmer direkt über dem Pub, die nachts etwas laut sind, allerdings für mich persönlich kein Problem. 」

「Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. 」

「When we checked into the room, the TV didn't work, nor did the telephone. We went to the reception and they gave us another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and they were very timely in bringing us to the airport for our 6 AM flight via the free shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel.」
