Not much to say, great hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and convenient. Tram stop is literally in front of the building. Just dont forget to bring Swiss plug adapters.

Pros: Tram outside the door, train station next door, bed was pretty comfy. Cons: Breakfast was horrible (almost nothing left at 8:30am, and service was non-existent) - to charge 20 euros for this is robbery; pretty small room that really feels like a cruise ship room.

Great location 5 mins walk from Basel Bahnhof SBB. Clean, comfortable and could leave luggage on departure day. Good places to eat nearby.

Nearby to train station.

We were allowed to store our luggages in a locked room before check in. We didn’t have the correct adapter for charging phones and the receptionist lend us an adapter. In the end we purchased it from the hotel. She was very helpful and cheerful all the time. The hotel is nearby to train station. Breakfast was excellent.

Good choice

Great hotel near the SBB station. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed there one night before getting to the airport the next morning. They also offer a city : free access to public transportation. So you don't have to pay for the bus to the airport.

Everything was clean and good taken care for. Desk personal were very friendly and fluent in different languages! Breakfast was good, choice of a broad variaty of both bread and yoghurts. While internet refused to work on my phone I had difficulties in finding the location…. But it is really close to the railway station and the inner town is within walking distance. I likes the place!

Excellent option to rest between train connections

Stayed just for one night to accomodate conections. Very clean, fair breafast, 200 meters from the station and walkig distance from the atractions, taking into consideration the hotel classification.

The property is at a walkable distance from Basel Bahnhof. The staff was very helpful. The property was very clean. They provided local transportation tickets, which was a surprise for us. Overall we loved the stay.
