「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. 「Check in staff was a little un-hospitable - very transactional. The room was freezing and water would not warm past like warm (over at the Grove). Staff made up for the poor check in experience the next day- extremely warm and professional offering to switch rooms. The Spa staff was incredibly attentive as is the bar staff. The property is adorable- cozy, rustic but high end. The event activities (yoga) are also wonderful! Would definitely stay here again! 」
