We were told we would receive passcode 1 hr prior to checkin, however, even after multiple WhatsApp chatbot messages, didn’t receive. Luckily, we found a random guy onsite that helped us get in touch with someone for a code, because we didn’t hear back from the chatbot until almost 530pm...
