I just stayed here because of the pool which is of a length suitable for lap swimming. Otherwise the rooms are average - should have a tea kettle or coffee maker at least. The location is great, a nice bairro, mostly residential but with lots of barzinhos and restaurants and markets close by. It is also convenient for the Metrô.

We stayed at Quality Suites for the Formula 1 GP in Interlagos. The hotel is near tons of amazing shopping and eating near by. The metro was easily accessible by walking down the street (10 min walk) The rooms are a bit dated but affordable and we will definitely be stay again.

This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I wish they offered an empty fridge rather than one full of things to purchase. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fernanda, the person in charge of my floor was wonderful! Muito obrigada.

A nice hotel!

A good hotel. Not insulated doors so loud if someone walked past in the hallway with a suitcase. But not a problem at night. A bit dated, but in general quite well kept and clean. Staff was nice and friendly, but to get a top score I expect everyone to speak at least English. They had one or two speaking English. Tourism-industry is language dependent.

Ótima localização, rua tranquila para SP. Atendimento educado, quartos limpos e silenciosos. Cama grande e confortável. Chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura. Café da manhã bem servido, com boa variedade. Durante estadia, o café era em um ambiente improvisado, pois estava em reforma. Recomendo colocar o aviso na maçaneta para a equipe de limpeza não chamar à porta pela manhã para realizar limpeza do quarto

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os quartos são confortáveis. Mas ficamos com a sensação que o hotel era falindo rsrs Viemos num final de semana do The Town, chegamos no hotel às 17h (o check in era às 14h) e ainda não tinha quarto limpo! Reclamamos bastante até que nos deram um upgrade. No dia seguinte, no café da minha, não tinha pratos, facas, xícaras, e nem funcionários para repor. Foi um caos!

Quarto excelente em tamanho, com cama muito ampla e confortável. Banheiro bom, podendo melhorar nas amenidades oferecidas(sobretudo os sabonetes). Localização muito boa em Pinheiros, recheada de botecos, restaurantes, cafés, supermercado, feirinhas por perto, além de estações de metrô. Café da manhã é um ponto que deve melhorar bem, com pequenas opções e espaço muito reduzido para o tamanho do Hotel.

Ótima localização e café da manhã

Fiquei no quarto 1711 que deve ter sido renovado recentemente. Muito bonito e funcional. Já havia me hospedado anteriormente em outro quarto que não passou por renovação mas estava bem conservado. A localização do hotel é excelente, assim como o café da manhã.

O atendimento na recepção é bom mas sem cortesia, enquanto no restaurante (almoço e café da manhã) os clientes são tratados como uma inconveniência. Até a camareira estava com cara fechada. É como se os funcionários não gostassem de trabalhar naquele hotel. Parece um comportamento generalizado. Além disso, os quartos não têm nenhum tipo de aquecimento, o que, em dias frios, pode trazer uma grande desconforto.
