We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Rebouças. The staff were very friendly and the daily breakfast included was delicious! We found this location to be close to the metro and fairly central. We would stay here again in the future.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable as well as modern. The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was Impressive (I got it included). The subway station is close by and there are a lot of dining options in that area.

Good choice with a couple of things to improve.

Comfortable room and bed, well located, very nice breakfast buffet, good quality/price ratio. Only complaint is that the parking of the hotel is managed by a third party and it's not included in the rate, so you have to pay extra for it. Also, it would be nice if they would replace the courtesy little water bottles in the room every day, like they do in every other Hilton where I stayed.

Hello Hilton Team, I am writing to request an update on Case #266990621. On Tuesday, 03/24, I spoke with Charlotte and Kelsha for over 90 minutes regarding a significant hygiene and maintenance issue at the Hilton Garden Inn Rebouças Sao Paulo. Stay Details: Location: Hilton Garden Inn Rebouças Sao Paulo, Room 1015 Guest: Rama Shankar (Hilton Honors #227127116) Booking: Hotels.com Itinerary #72072378332757 The Issue: The plumbing in Room 1015 is unable to flush standard toilet paper or flushable wipes. Management claimed this is standard for Brazil; however, having stayed at multiple other properties in Rio and Sao Paulo this week, we know this is not the case. Being asked to bag soiled paper is unacceptable and does not meet Hilton’s global brand standards. Requested Actions: 1. Permanent Resolution: Please escalate this to the internal maintenance and leadership teams to ensure the plumbing at this property—specifically Room 1015—is brought up to Hilton’s international quality standards. 2. Compensation: Given the significant inconvenience and the $250/night rate paid, I am requesting a 2-night stay voucher valid at any Hilton property worldwide as a gesture of goodwill. As a loyal Diamond member for 10 years, I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter. Bed and room was comfortable, has iron in the cupboard and liked that the room and wardrobe size was spacious with a very comfy lounge chair. I chose to upgrade to the "city view", while you do get the view, but notethat as its facing the main road, you can still hear the noise from the traffic (not too loud), so the room is not entirely soundproof even if the listing is described as much. Overall was still a comfortable stay in a good location, with a vibrant dining scene nearby and the subway was about a block away.

Everything was fine, but the WiFi really is terrible. I tried everywhere in the hotel. Nothing worked to make a video call for work at 9-10am. Every morning. It was really bad. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Room was fine. Location is convenient and awesome. But do not plan on getting work done if you need WiFi. It’s just not dependable. That’s a major strike against a hotel in 2026.
