Great option for Jardins/Pinheiros/Paulista

Wonderful new hotel, which is hard to find in Paulista area of SP. A little bit of a walk to main restaurants in Jardins, but otherwise very centrally located to Uber everywhere. Room and bed were super comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great.

Housekeeping standard lacking

There was a red stain on the sheet and also the comfortable cover was ripped. I took pictures and showed the front desk staff, they were not overly apologetic. Bed was very stiff, breakfast was no frill and had a good variety.

Great team, friendly and supportive with a number of team members having a good understanding of the English language. The building and rooms recently renovated and very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast choices are broad enough to accommodate any dietary requirements. Highly recommend for anyone visiting São Paulo for whatever the occasion.

This is a high end business hotel in a nice walkable area of São Paulo. The room was clean and had nice amenities. Breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out during this stay, even when I was willing to pay. Not sure I will be back - there are more friendly hotels nearby.

Impotence. A guest arrived at the hotel after being mugged / beaten and security front staff did nothing out of their way to remedy the situation. Jewelry was stolen from my room and hotel has not responded to my complaint. They're normalizing this which as an international traveler you would expect more, especially from a chain of well regarded hotels.
