"Amazing last minute deal on this hotel through Expedia. $140 plus tax for a suite -- full living room, sink/fridge/microwave kitchen area, large clean bathroom, large king size bedroom. I only ate one meal there and it was great -- large-portion breakfast freshly cooked and delivered hot. Nice downtown location with complimentary airport shuttle. There seemed to be a dining district within easy walking distance, which I simply didn't have time to explore. Very satisfied. My only nitpick is no beverage vending machines. Contrast that with what I write above as well as the fact that there is a coin-operated laundry room."

"Having the water turned off to the entire hotel at 10pm the night of stay was inconvenient. Reduced rate should have been offered or some sort of compensation should have been given. Staff was excellent."

"It is a great location for events at the Kia Forum, which was our reason for staying there. But, pay attention to the room type that was booked. We were not given the room that we reserved (a one bedroom suite), we were given a room (2 queen beds) that was less expensive. When I went back down to let the front desk know that I booked a different type of room, they went up to show me what they had available, none of which was the type that I booked. I finally picked a junior suite, which would have been cheaper than the one bedroom I reserved online, but there was no offer for a price adjustment until I went back and spoke to someone else at the front desk. It all worked out, but if I had not said anything, I would have been given a much cheaper and smaller room with no rate adjustment."
