Location was awesome, rooms were clean, and communal areas were nice as well!! The parking is a bit weird, and if you park on the street during certain times of night you will get a ticket. Host was excellent at communication and keeping me informed!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I appreciated their prompt response, and it was a decent budget place for LA, but I couldn't find parking the second night (can’t park your car curbside overnight) . They suggested I park at the mall which is a fair distance in a rough neighborhood. (I grew up around there). If it wasn’t for the parking issue, they would be ok. I ended up booking another room for that night. Ended up being more expensive than a decent room somewhere else being that I had to pay for 2 rooms.

Hotel staff accommodated a reservation change over the phone, and then notified me via email six hours later (at 9:27 pm) that they had not changed it so I did not make this stay. Their lack of responsiveness via message, phone, and asking Expedia to contact them on my behalf is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend skipping this place entirely.

Not a Hotel so not sure why they are advertising as a hotel more like a brothel located in a residential neighborhood. Doesn’t clarify it’s a shared bathroom on the website. Very disappointing didn’t even stay the night.

you are sleeping in a pod, read the fine print. Feels very unsecure. you'll be lucky to find your room, it's the equivalent to an Escape house. I had to walk around the back and wander around a room under construction to figure out where's my room. This place is a fire hazard for sure!!

Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. Newer guests were known gang members who said “we should set up shop,here” over the week the staff would come in and not actually clean anything, there was always an odd shortage of simple cleaning items. The neighbors were really kind and asked me us not to park in their driveways nor in front of their house. The washer doesn’t fully do a cycle. The walls are beyond thin,some of the guests think they’re in an airbnb not a hostel. The first detailed lack of transparency was the missing pool which was actually a picture of another place they advertised. Lastly,there was no “profanity” used in this review…

Great stay! Cleaner came everyday and despite some guests being less than tidy, the place was always clean to a decent standard. Some guests liked to have the AC running really low constantly, but that’s a reflection of those guests, not the accommodation. I’d happily stay again. Thank you!
