「I traveled with my husband, brother-in-law and 3 small children. The one-bedroom suite with 2 queen beds was too cramped for us, and the guests sleeping on the pull out sofa had to go into our bedroom to use the bathroom since there was no second door. I went to the front desk to see if there a bigger or more comfortable room, and Pat was amazing! She was so nice and empathetic, and moved us to a more spacious room. This made our stay. 「This is a privately owned GEM! From check in staff to Greg that sets up umbrellas, some of the best customer service ever. The facility is older but is clean and updated. We stayed on the bayside and loved it. Tons of almost private dock space and outside activity areas. Just a short walk over to the beach resort. We would choose this one every time!」
