「The room didn’t have lightbulbs when we checked in. The shower water shot through the hose not the shower head. The breakfast was horrible, inedible. They didn’t have cream or sugar, plates, utensils or napkins. I will never stay there again or any of their hotels and I will delete my Expedia App. Horrible place. 」

「Had to Call 911 as the Staff refused to act on the Teenagers running around and screaming at 2:15am and again at 3:30 am. The sign inside the rooms clearly states 10pm is quiet time and those breaking it will be asked to leave without a refund. Multiple people complained in the morning but we were the only ones to call the police and the management. They never even offered to comp our room for the night or apologize. Still waiting for the owner to call us!」

「This hotel could not be located in a more ideal location to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment! They save prime parking spots for guests! The enclosed green area was perfect for kids to play and people to gather and relax. 」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out.
