「There are pros and cons with this property. We came on a Saturday night after we had lost power the night before. Planned to use the pool, there is a weird reservation system that they use after 5PM. I've traveled all over the country and have never encountered something like this. However, I'm sure it is in place for a reason. We decided to swim in the morning after breakfast, pool was closed. The highlight of our stay was certainly the breakfast. 「When I first arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter did not acknowledge me or even speak until I mention my reservation. She also didn’t tell me any of the perks like what time was breakfast? If the pool and Jacuzzi was available the hours I had to ask. The room smelled stale and the tub was not properly cleaned out. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The breakfast was OK. The French toast was really good. I will also mention the bar attendant lady was really nice even though...

「This is a beautiful hotel from the online pictures. When I was unable to attend and attempted to cancel over 48hrs in advance, I was transferred between departments for days with a (Will respond within 72 hours). Still have not received response or refund. Would not recommend. 」

「Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.」
