The staff were super helpful and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is great, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where my event was located. They have a nice indoor pool and the on site restaurant was superb. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to be in the Cleveland area.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The location was super close to where we needed to be in Downtown Cleveland. We enjoyed the pool and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were happy that they offer a free breakfast and the Mexican restaurant was wonderful for dinner and drinks. We almost enjoyed our time at the hotel more than the concert we were there to attend! Highly recommend.

The room itself was clean I had two beds one of the beds sheets had stains on it which made it not useful. The staff attendant said there would be breakfast in the morning from six to ten when I woke up to get breakfast it was only bread and oranges so I passed on that. Overall the hotel was okay.

My bathroom sink didn’t drain, no fan inside bathroom so it was super humid and hot when I showered, and no good tv channels! Staff was nice, bed was comfy, was a good, quiet place to stay for a night.

Hotel was completely run down and smelled terrible. There was a fire while we were there and the fire department even mentioned they've been trying to shut it down for years. Don't stay here just sleep in your car at this point.

I did not appreciate looking for the front desk clerk. I had to knock on different doors to find someone to let them know I was there for check in. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke and marijuana. The sheets on the bed were disgusting, the bathroom was not properly stocked with essentials, it took almost an hour to get the TV to come on. Around midnight, someone kept knocking on the door running, this went on for maybe an hour and a half. I wouldn't recommend a roach to go stay there.

Check in was quick, room was clean, and the air conditioner was on full blast. I stayed for two nights and had no issues. The pool was open and being used the entire time. There is plenty restaurants and things to do in the area.

Cheap but okay. First room we had, the door wouldn't even lock. Anyway they promised me an upgrade and that wasn't it, so they gave me the king room which was much better, it was clean but very run down. The door to the outside card reader did work so we couldn't use it, had to go the long way around. It's an old Ramada inn, not sure how long they have owned it but it is very run down.

The pictures looked nothing like the actual property. There were 2 people in my stay and only two towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one washcloth for the whole weekend. Our room was all the way down one hall and the elevator all the way down the next hall. There were children running the hallways until late hrs in the night. The beds had blankets no thicker than the sheet and both beds were so deeply dipped in the middle that I woke up both mornings with severe back aches. I don't do negative reviews but I was so upset about every part of this stay I had no other option. We will never be staying at this property again.
