"Hotel was nice and.room was nice but disappointed with spa because pool was closed, steam and sauna were off, had to ask to have steam turned on which took a while then turned off while in it. No hot water or shampoo in shower. Wouldn't give me an extra hour late check out even though cleaner didn't come in that extra hour. "

"The hotel looks like it’s been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from the subway. My only complain with this hotel is that they are located in an alley and you cannot sleep if your room is facing the alley. The first night we stayed there, Friday, there was a club or pop up dance party in the alley. The music blasted until about 2 or 3 in the morning. The second night was fine. No party or music so we got a good nights sleep."

"This hotel is nearly flawless. Complimentary hot breakfast and food throughout the day, beautiful rooms, attentive staff, and convenient location make this our regular choice. Important to know that the hotel has very limited parking (driving in Mexico City is itself a challenge), and the vertical garden in the lobby area has a tendency to breed some mosquitoes. Breakfast is served beginning at 7, and earlier is better to get a table. This was my third time to stay, and I will definitely return."
