「The hotel itself is in a very good area. It's walking distance to the Zocalo and many restaurants, Starbucks, and stores. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is literally across the street. You can see several city highlights within a mile or two of the hotel. The rooms are narrow but very modern and comfy. We were a family of four and it was great. The mini fridge in the room is refilled by staff with water, snacks, soft drinks and beer courtesy of the hotel. All hotel staff was very helpful and...

「Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. 」

「我住的是Cathedral Tower 頗舊，裝修地氈也較舊，另外一邊是新Tower, 但是位置真的十分好，去舊城區只需走路，不用乘車，Zocalo 地鐵站就在酒店旁邊。」

「This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.」

「El hotel está ubicado en un Lugar céntrico, es limpioz el personal fue atento, restaurantes cerca de la zona, la cama es un poco firme los colchones deberían de ser menos firmes para un mejor descanso, pero independiente a eso todo estuvo muy bien」

「Place is fine, staff is friendly. The place needs a little maintenance though with the blinds and cabinets. Also felt bad making the ladies at the front desk get up every time we needed to get into the hotel since they have to open the door for us. They should get them a buzzer or something. Would stay again because the suites are big and price is fair and the street view from the rooms are nice.」
