"I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. Cleanliness is top tier and the views are unreal. The rooftop bar is relaxing and chill. I had such an amazing experience in Belgium. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout out to Val and Goncalo for their excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm.
