Great hotel and great location. The staff were amazing and very polite. The hotel is beautiful and there are so many attentions to details. I loved the Aesop hand and hair products in the bathroom. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay for another night. The room was spacious for Europe standard. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. I highly recommend the hotel for your stay in Brussels.

I loved this hotel. It’s very old school in its approach as it was actually a grand old bank in a previous life. The interior is very beautiful and detailed which reminded me of walking around an old stately home. Rooms very spacious and well maintained with great beds and modern bathrooms. Its location was just what I was looking for with many cafes and restaurants very close by. I was very happy staying there.

The location and cleanliness and staff were excellent however they told us we had a garden view but there wasn’t much of a view. They gave us the lowest floor. We would’ve preferred a higher level.

If I end up in Brussels again, I would definitely stay here. A special shout out to Clement and the blond hair guy! They helped us with a bunch of train and restaurant recomendations. Thanks guys!
