The hotel was fantastoc. The rooms wefe especially impressive. The pool was loevly too! Breakfast great and staff friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for accsessing the Xmas markets, shops and museums as well as the botanical gardens. We walked there from Brussels midi train station and it was pretty much one attaight road. Our only xritisism was not having proper cups or spoons to make tea in the room but we are big tea drinkers!

Amazing hotel - beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We loved that the twin beds weren't pushed together like in most hotels and the amenities were great. The room controls were a bit complicated and didn't always work perfectly - there's nothing wrong with a TV remote and a light switch! The staff were all lovely and very polite and welcoming. We also loved the pool and the flavoured water in the lobby. All in all a great stay.

We had an issue with a broken door lock and had to move rooms, which took some time and disrupted our sightseeing plans. However, the staff handled it well and were very apologetic and helpful. Overall, it was a good stay — the hotel is nice, the rooms are modern, and the staff were all kind. Special mention to the young gentleman working at the lobby who was always friendly and helpful whenever we passed by.

This hotel is plush and ideally located around shops and food places. The ambiance is amazing, with a vibrant bar located in the lobby area and rooftop pool with 1 hour access! The only let down is the breakfast (not enough selection of food) and the bedroom amenities supply could be better! However I would choose this hotel again!!

Stylish hotell just outside tje city centre. Easy way to walk. 15 min walking to the La Grand Place. Great room with a view over the city. Delicious breakfast. Sadly there is fungal growth in the hallway at floor 19.th dule to a water leakage earlier.
