We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city but also very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. This was our first time in Brussels and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to tour all of the sights throughout Brussels. The hotel went out of its way to make guests feel welcome with perks including sweets, complementary water / coffee, a gym water station (hugely helpful), nice smelling lobby, bathroom lotion / fresh towels, and a bottle of Cava as an Expedia perks. Rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable with a pretty view of the Church. Be sure to take a peaceful stroll through the Petit Sablon gardens across the street. A perfect spot in Brussels.

NH Collection Grand Sablon is an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Its location is ideal, with many of the city’s main monuments within easy walking distance, and it’s only an 8–9 minute walk from the central station.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch. Rooms were standard size for Europe, small but not cramped. They were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Brussels!

My room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The hairdryer was much appreciated! I had a beautiful view of the church. Wonderful restaurant with outdoor seating next door, and a delicious chocolate shop a few stops from there. I will definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel in Sablon is excellent for connections with tram and metro stations. It also has a good selection of restaurants in the area. The reception team was always helpful at check in and any queries we had during our stay. The room was excellent, clean of good size and high quality fittings. Breakfast was a buffet and always set us up for the day.
