「The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are located at Rookwood Commons -- a very short walk, and Hyde Park Square is less than a mile away. Very easy access to downtown Cincinnati and other points of interest. Yet, the hotel grounds are quiet and adjacent to a nice walk/bike trail. 」

「Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. 「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
