"I thought this hotel was perfect for the price I paid versus the location of the hotel. It had the “ocean view” as promised. We stayed in room 311. There is street noise during normal hours, but it is quiet at night. The neighborhood was safe and there are corner stores and places to eat in walking distance. I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the floor in the hotel room, it just really needed a good mopping. I’m sure it’s impossible to keep it completely sand-free though because it’s is quite close to the beach. I especially loved the beach supplies the hotel had available, as we had forgotten our chairs and umbrella. Overall, I was happy with the place and would use this property again."
