"Stayed in many hotels in Cartagena over the past 6 years and our stay here was absolutely one of the best! Everything from the staff (huge thanks to Chef Isaac, who took the time to show me how to make a dessert he had prepared that I loved) to amazing breakfasts and extremely comfortable room (bed was so comfortable AC worked perfectly and perhaps the best shower in Cartagena) and rooftop pool so enjoyable and great Wi-Fi. "The room and the property was very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very beautiful from the pool area to the restaurants and also the rooftop sky bar. Although the breakfast variety was very minimal, it was still very good. We loved the area of the hotel as there was many places around it such as a mall, grocery store, the beach in front and lots of restaurants. It was also not a far distance into the city, which was great. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be referring it to others and hopefully coming back in the future."
