"Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area."

"We had a room on the ground floor with a terrace that led out to the grounds which was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bedding was comfortable. Only two complaints: water pressure less than ideal and the soundproofing was poor. Likely because it’s an old property but when other guests talk outside or close their doors in the morning it woke me up every time."

"This was our second time one staying with this hotel. The first time was just ok. This time was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful, clean rooms, comfy beds, decent free breakfast. Parking was easy, WiFi was speedy. Plenty of towels, refrigerator and microwave in the room which was a surprise as it didn’t specify online. "
