When I booked this property, I deliberately set my expectations low to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, that didn’t help, as the hotel fell short in many areas. The property is extremely outdated, with both the public spaces and our room showing signs of age—at least 40 years' worth. The rooms had a noticeable "old" smell, and there were areas with torn wallpaper. The furniture had a sticky surface for reasons that were unclear. The room decor, bathroom, and fixtures all felt incredibly dated.
The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing to write home about—just basic offerings. I understand that Quality Inn is a budget brand, and I’ve stayed at other Quality properties in the past, but this hotel really needs a full renovation, or it might be time to consider rebuilding from the ground up. Overall, I was very disappointed.
