"The property and facilities were good, with plenty of easy parking. Food & drink reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly. HOWEVER - We had booked a double room and were given a twin, this didn't bother us too much as we were only staying 1 night. The room was hot but we had a fan. My husband fell sleep about 10.15pm and I was sat on the bed with just a towel over me watching tv when I heard a key in the door and a foreign guy (Scandinavian looking) popped his head round the door, saw me sat...

"The property is just beautiful! We felt like royalty. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained park outside, and the beauty of the hotel. The room was extremely quiet and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant was okay and the service was a bit slow. We will definitely come back if we have to stay again in the Gatwick area! "
