「It's quite a good staying experience here. The staffs are very nice and friendly, good bed, close to the Gatwick airport, easy to reach. I took a local bus via 100 to Massets Road, it's only about 2 mins arrive hotel by walking. Only no slipper there. I will choose here to stay again in the future. 」

「Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.」

「Room is super small. Bed is movable and therefore not comfortable at all. Room is clean. A bit far from airport but the small town nearby is nice.」

「The heater was still working even the weather is 37C. Very small room. But very covnient to airport」

「The lady at the front desk was kind and patient. She explained to me in details about the kitchen and washing machine. She also cleaned the cups left in the sink once again. She helped me to get a texi to Gatwick Airport at a very low price. Just sorry to forgot her name. 」

「Nice location, close to the business I was visiting (and the airport). My room was at the front, so a bit noisy, but their policy states that noise free isn't guaranteed. Luckily, it wasn't too hot so it didn't matter that the windows were closed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the bar and restaurant were closed so no food or drink, although my rate included breakfast. This was offset by the cancellation of the charge for parking (£8) so not a big issue.」
