「Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. 」

「We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter.」

「This was our first time to Maui and it far exceeded even our highest hopes of what it would be. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, we had an amazing view of the ocean, countryside and mountain from our balcony. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, the culture was amazing. We will definitely be back. My only complaint is now I have no idea how I'm supposed to top the trip we just had for our honeymoon. 」

「We had a wonderful experience, but prices and fees were extremely high. Restaurant dining is excessively expensive, and we were charged $120 daily for “hotel fees” and “valet parking” on top of the high price for the hotel lodging itself. This is something they don’t communicate in advance, which seems wrong. Hotel will also charge a $200/night deposit upon checking in, which they also do not communicate in advance. 」
